About

Our Mission
Empower communities - we support the older members of our community, creating opportunities for experiences and interaction, while helping them to maintain their independence.
Â
Connect people - human connection is a powerful thing. It can be healing, stimulating and fulfilling. We bring people together to interact, share experiences and create new connections.
Â
Change mindsets - growing old is something we all hope we will experience and it can be a magical time of life. We deliver a varied programme of events and activities and bring people together from all ages.
What we do
We work in partnership with local community groups and organisations, helping them to support the older members of our community.
We provide a fully funded eight-seat community minibus to local organisations and organise transport whenever we can, ensuring our less mobile residents can stay connected.
Trustees
Age Concern Liphook is run by an enthusiastic group or trustees and volunteers
Our trustees work together to guide the charity, ensuring we remain true to our mission, that the charity is financially secure and that we plan for the future.Â

Our volunteers generously give up their time, skills, and kindness to make a real difference in the lives of those we support. We are incredibly grateful for everything they do. Thanks to them, we can continue to provide friendship, support, and opportunities that help older people feel valued, connected, and never alone.
